ANALYSIS OF REASONS FOR DIESEL GENERATOR PISTON BURNING AND FRACTURE
ONE OF THE COMMON FAULTS IN DIESEL GENERATORS IS PISTON BURNING DURING USE, AND THE MAIN REASONS FOR PISTON BURNING IN DIESEL GENERATORS ARE:1. POOR OIL DRIPPING OR ATOMIZATION OF THE FUEL INJECTOR CAN CAUSE THE INTERNAL COMBUSTION OIL IN THE DIESEL GENERATOR TO BURN AT THE TOP OF THE PISTON FOR A LONG TIME, RESULTING IN HIGH TEMPERATURE AT THE TOP OF THE PISTON AND CAUSING IT TO BURN OUT. 2. CHOOSING INFERIOR LUBRICATING OIL ACCELERATED THE WEAR OF DIESEL ENGINE CYLINDERS, INCREASED THE EXHAUST GAS PRESSURE IN THE CRANKCASE, AND INCREASED CARBON DEPOSITS IN THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER, RESULTING IN PISTON BURNOUT. 4. THE UNEVEN FUEL SUPPLY AND SUPPLY TIME OF EACH CYLINDER IN THE DIESEL ENGINE WORSEN THE COMBUSTION PROCESS OF SOME CYLINDERS, FORMING CARBON DEPOSITS. IMPROPER CLEARANCE BETWEEN PISTON TOPS. WHEN ASSEMBLING A DIESEL ENGINE, IF THE CLEARANCE BETWEEN PISTON TOPS IS NOT ADJUSTED PROPERLY, IT WILL AFFECT THE COMPRESSION RATIO OF THE DIESEL ENGINE, CAUSING THE PISTON TO PULL THE CYLINDER OR BURN OUT.
