THE OIL PRESSURE OF A GENERAL UNIT SHOULD BE 150-390KPA, THE OIL TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE 70 ℃~90 ℃, THE INLET WATER TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE 55 ℃~65 ℃, AND THE OUTLET WATER TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE 75 ℃~85 ℃.2. OBSERVE WHETHER THE VOLTAGE, CURRENT, AND FREQUENCY OF THE GENERATOR ARE NORMAL. WHEN THE LOAD IS NORMAL, THE FREQUENCY SHOULD BE 50HZ, THE VOLTAGE SHOULD BE AT THE RATED VALUE, THE CURRENT SHOULD NOT EXCEED THE RATED VALUE, AND THE THREE-PHASE CURRENT IMBALANCE SHOULD NOT EXCEED 25%.3. OBSERVE WHETHER THE COLOR OF THE DIESEL GENERATOR IS NORMAL. THE NORMAL EXHAUST COLOR IS COLORLESS OR LIGHT GRAY, DARK GRAY WHEN ABNORMAL, AND BLACK WHEN OVERLOADED.4. CHECK THE UNIT FOR OIL, WATER, AIR, GAS, AND ELECTRICAL LEAKAGE.5. CHECK IF THE SPARK GENERATED BY THE GENERATOR BRUSH IS NORMAL. IF THERE IS ANY ABNORMAL SITUATION, IMMEDIATELY STOP THE MACHINE AND CHECK THE SLIP RING, COMMUTATOR, ELECTRIC BRUSH, AND BRUSH HOLDER TO AVOID BURNING OUT THE SLIP RING AND COMMUTATOR.6. PAY ATTENTION TO WHETHER THERE ARE ANY ABNORMAL NOISES, VIBRATIONS, AND BURNT ODORS DURING THE OPERATION OF THE UNIT.7. CHECK IF THE TEMPERATURE OF THE GENERATOR CASING AND BEARINGS IS NORMAL.8. CHECK IF ALL FASTENING BOLTS ARE LOOSE AND IF THE GROUNDING CONNECTION IS RELIABLE.9. CHECK FOR ANY ABNORMAL CONDITIONS ON THE CONTROL PANEL.10.
