UNBURNED FUEL CANNOT GENERATE SECONDARY VORTEX MOTION AND INCOMPLETE COMBUSTION, RESULTING IN THE DIESEL ENGINE NOT STARTING OR NOT WORKING PROPERLY AFTER STARTING.THREECONNECTING ROD AND PISTONASSEMBLY OF CONNECTING ROD AND PISTON: THE OIL HOLE AT THE SMALL END OF THE CONNECTING ROD AND THE HORSESHOE SHAPED GROOVE OR PEACH SHAPED TIP AT THE TOP OF THE PISTON SHOULD FACE UPWARD ON THE SAME SIDE; OTHERWISE, IT WILL CAUSE THE SMALL END BUSHING OF THE CONNECTING ROD AND THE PISTON PIN TO BE UNABLE TO LUBRICATE, RESULTING IN DRY FRICTION AND WEAR OF THE CONNECTING ROD AND PISTON.FOURCONNECTING ROD BEARINGTHE UPPER AND LOWER TILES OF THE CONNECTING ROD BEARING: IF THE BEARING IS NEWLY REPLACED, THERE IS NO DISTINCTION BETWEEN THE UPPER AND LOWER TILES; IF THE BEARING SHELL HAS BEEN USED, IT SHOULD BE REINSTALLED IN ITS ORIGINAL POSITION AND NOT SWAPPED UP OR DOWN, OTHERWISE IT WILL AFFECT THE FIT BETWEEN THE JOURNAL AND THE BEARING SHELL.FIVECONNECTING ROD CAP AND CONNECTING RODCOMBINATION OF CONNECTING ROD CAP AND CONNECTING ROD: THERE ARE ASSEMBLY MARKS ON BOTH THE BIG END OF THE CONNECTING ROD AND THE BACK OF THE CONNECTING ROD CAP. WHEN COMBINING, THE MARKED ONES SHOULD BE ON THE SAME SIDE. OTHERWISE, THE ORIGINAL MACHINING ACCURACY OF THE CONNECTING ROD BIG END APERTURE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED, AND IT WILL ALSO DAMAGE THE CORRECT FIT BETWEEN THE TILE AND THE SHAFT.SIXFUEL INJECTOR PLATEN THE FUEL INJECTOR PRESSURE PLATE HAS A FLAT SURFACE ON ONE SIDE AND A CURVED SURFACE ON THE OTHER SIDE. DURING INSTALLATION, THE CURVED SURFACE SHOULD FACE THE INJECTOR BODY TO ENSURE THAT THE INJECTOR IS CENTERED AND NOT SKEWED WHEN COMPRESSED, OTHERWISE IT IS EASY FOR THE INSTALLATION SEAT HOLE TO LEAK OUTWARDS.SEVENOIL SEALALL OIL SEALS, SUCH AS CRANKSHAFT OIL SEALS, STARTER SHAFT OIL SEALS, ETC., SHOULD HAVE THE SIDE WITH A SELF TIGHTENING SPRING FACING INWARD TOWARDS THE ENGINE BODY. IF INSTALLED IN REVERSE, THE SEALING INSIDE THE CRANKCASE MAY NOT BE TIGHT, CAUSING OIL LEAKAGE.EIGHTPLUNGER SLEEVETHE PLUNGER SLEEVE IN THE FUEL INJECTION PUMP: THE CRESCENT SHAPED HOLE ON THE PLUNGER SHOULD BE ALIGNED WITH THE POSITIONING SCREW HOLE ON THE PUMP HOUSING TO ENSURE THAT THE END OF THE POSITIONING SCREW IS SCREWED INTO THE CRESCENT SHAPED GROOVE, PREVENTING THE PLUNGER FROM ROTATING. IF INSTALLED IN REVERSE (I.E. ROTATED 180 DEGREES), IT MAY CAUSE THE POSITIONING SCREW TO BLOCK THE RETURN OIL HOLE, LEADING TO UNCONTROLLED FUEL SUPPLY AND CAUSING RUNAWAY.NINESMALL GASKET ON FUEL INJECTION PUMPTHE TWO SMALL WASHERS ON THE FUEL INJECTION PUMP: THE WASHER ON THE PLUNGER SLEEVE POSITIONING SCREW IS A COPPER WASHER, AND THE WASHER ON THE GUIDE SCREW OF THE TAPPET IS A SPRING WASHER. THE TWO CANNOT BE INTERCHANGED OR INSTALLED INCORRECTLY; OTHERWISE, IT MAY CAUSE DIESEL FUEL IN THE FUEL INJECTION PUMP CHAMBER TO LEAK INTO THE OIL PAN OR OUTSIDE.TENBREATHER ON GEAR CHAMBER COVERWHEN INSTALLING THE MIDDLE SPRING ASSEMBLY OF THE RESPIRATOR, THE SPRING SHOULD BE ORIENTED OUTWARD TO ENSURE THAT THE RESPIRATOR ONLY EXHALES WITHOUT INHALING.
