BEFORE STARTING EACH TIME, CHECK WHETHER THE OIL LEVEL IS SUFFICIENT. IF IT IS NOT ENOUGH, MAKE UP FOR IT, AND IF IT IS TOO MUCH, DRAIN SOME (OTHERWISE THE ENGINE WILL OVERHEAT AND EMIT BLUE SMOKE). AFTER EVERY 100 HOURS OF OPERATION, CLEAN THE OIL FILTER. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO USE GEAR OIL IN THE GEARBOX. THE OIL INSIDE SHOULD BE CHANGED AFTER 8 HOURS OF HALF LOAD OPERATION, 20 HOURS OF FULL LOAD OPERATION, AND EVERY 150 HOURS OF OPERATION THEREAFTER;(3) CLEANING OF COMBUSTION AIR: FREQUENTLY CHECK AND CLEAN THE FUEL FILTER, KEEP A PROPER AMOUNT OF OIL IN THE OIL BOX OF THE AIR FILTER, AND REPLACE THE OIL BOX AND FOAM WITH NEW PARTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER THEY ARE DAMAGED, OTHERWISE THE VALVE, PISTON, PISTON RING AND CYLINDER WILL BE QUICKLY WORN OUT OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.4、 BE CALM AND COMPOSED IN DEALING WITH FOUR TYPES OF UNEXPECTED SITUATIONS(1) CARELESSNESS DURING FIELD TRANSFER MAY CAUSE THE MICRO TILLER TO OVERTURN. THE MACHINE HEAD TOUCHES THE GROUND, AND THE MUD AND WATER ARE SUCKED INTO THE CYLINDER THROUGH THE AIR FILTER). AT THIS TIME, THE MACHINE SHOULD BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY FOR INSPECTION AND CANNOT BE USED AGAIN (OTHERWISE IT IS HIGHLY LIKELY TO CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE), AND CONTACT A WARRANTY REPAIR POINT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE;(3) WHEN THERE IS ABNORMAL NOISE INSIDE THE MACHINE, IT SHOULD BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY FOR INSPECTION, AND THE FAULT PHENOMENON SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE THREE GUARANTEE MAINTENANCE POINT; (4) WHEN THERE IS A MINOR MALFUNCTION IN THE MACHINE, IT SHOULD BE DEALT WITH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, OTHERWISE 'IF A MINOR ILLNESS IS NOT TREATED, IT WILL EVENTUALLY BECOME A BIG PROBLEM'. REMOVE THE OIL FILLER PLUG ON THE CYLINDER HEAD COVER, ADD ABOUT 2 MILLILITERS OF ENGINE OIL, PRESS THE PRESSURE RELIEF STARTING HANDLE WITHOUT RELEASING IT, PULL THE RECOIL STARTING ROPE 5-6 TIMES (USUALLY NOT NECESSARY TO START THE DIESEL ENGINE), THEN RELEASE THE PRESSURE RELIEF HANDLE AND SLOWLY PULL THE STARTING ROPE UNTIL YOU FEEL A LARGE RESISTANCE. DRAIN THE DIESEL ENGINE FUEL TANK (LEAVING A SMALL AMOUNT). NEXT, RELEASE THE ENGINE OIL FROM THE GEARBOX, INJECT NEW ENGINE OIL, AND FINALLY REMOVE THE ENGINE OIL, SOIL, WEEDS, ETC. FROM THE MICRO TILLER AND CUTTING TOOLS. STORE THE MACHINE IN A WELL VENTILATED, DRY, AND SUN AND RAIN PROOF PLACE.
