MORE AND MORE MODERN DIESEL ENGINES ARE USING BOOST PRESSURE TECHNOLOGY, WHICH INCREASES THE POWER OF THE FUEL COLLECTION ENGINE, MAKES THE LAYOUT MORE REASONABLE WHILE MAINTAINING THE SAME VOLUME, AND GREATLY SAVES ENERGY. ENSURE RELIABLE LUBRICATION OF THE TURBOCHARGERUSE QUALIFIED TURBOCHARGED DIESEL ENGINE OIL (USUALLY CD GRADE HIGH-GRADE LUBRICATING OIL) ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE TURBOCHARGER, AND REGULARLY CHECK THE QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF THE OIL. REPLACE DETERIORATED OR DIRTY OIL IN A TIMELY MANNER, CLEAN OR REPLACE THE OIL FILTER, AND ENSURE THE HIGH CLEANLINESS OF THE OIL.2. ENSURE HIGH CLEANLINESS OF DIESEL ENGINE INTAKEIT IS NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN THE SEALING OF THE INTAKE AND EXHAUST PIPELINES OF THE TURBOCHARGED DIESEL ENGINE, REGULARLY CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE AIR FILTER, CHECK WHETHER THE TIGHTENING NUTS OR BOLTS ARE LOOSE, WHETHER THE HOSE CLAMPS ARE CLAMPED, CHECK WHETHER THERE IS ANY AIR LEAKAGE IN THE INTAKE SYSTEM, AND REPLACE THE SEALING GASKET IF NECESSARY TO PREVENT DUST AND SAND FROM BEING SUCKED INTO THE COMPRESSOR. OTHERWISE, DIRT CAN EASILY CAUSE CONTAMINATION OF THE AIR FILTER WALL PLUG, COMPRESSOR PASSAGE, AND TURBOCHARGER BLADES, RESULTING IN A DECREASE IN BOOST PRESSURE AND EVEN EARLY WEAR OF THE BLADES AND DIESEL ENGINE COMPONENTS.3. BEFORE STARTING A NEW DIESEL ENGINE OR A NEWLY REPLACED TURBOCHARGER, IT IS NECESSARY TO ADD "BLEED OIL"FOR NEW DIESEL ENGINES OR AFTER REPLACING THE TURBOCHARGER, THE INLET PIPE JOINT ON THE TURBOCHARGER MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE STARTING, AND 50-60ML OF ENGINE OIL MUST BE ADDED TO PREVENT THE TURBOCHARGER BEARINGS FROM BURNING OUT DUE TO LACK OF OIL AT THE MOMENT OF STARTING.4. OTHERWISE, THE TURBOCHARGER BEARINGS MAY BE DAMAGED DUE TO A LACK OF LUBRICATION DURING START-UP, AS EVEN A BRIEF FEW SECONDS OF INSUFFICIENT OIL SUPPLY TO THE TURBOCHARGER BEARINGS CAN CAUSE BEARING DAMAGE WHEN THE DIESEL ENGINE IS RUNNING OFF LOAD AND THE TURBOCHARGER SPEED IS HIGH.5. AFTER THE JIEYOU ENGINE IS STARTED, IT CANNOT IMMEDIATELY RUN AT HIGH SPEEDAFTER STARTING THE DIESEL ENGINE, IT SHOULD IDLE FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE ACCELERATING, OTHERWISE IT IS EASY TO CAUSE THE TURBOCHARGER BEARINGS TO BURN OUT. ESPECIALLY WHEN REPLACING THE LUBRICATING OIL, CLEANING THE TURBOCHARGER, FILTER OR REPLACING THE FILTER ELEMENT COMPONENTS, AND STOPPING FOR MORE THAN A WEEK, AFTER STARTING AND IDLING, LOOSEN THE OIL INLET JOINT ON THE TURBOCHARGER, TIGHTEN IT AGAIN WHEN LUBRICATING OIL OVERFLOWS, AND THEN OPERATE AT HIGH SPEED FOR 3-5 MINUTES BEFORE ADDING LOAD.6. DIESEL ENGINES SHOULD NOT IDLE FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIMEOTHERWISE, IT IS EASY FOR THE TURBOCHARGER OIL TO LEAK INTO THE COMPRESSOR, CAUSING THE EXHAUST PIPE TO SPRAY OIL AND INCREASING OIL CONSUMPTION. AT THE SAME TIME, PROLONGED IDLE OPERATION AND INSUFFICIENT OIL PRESSURE CAN ALSO LEAD TO POOR LUBRICATION OF THE TURBOCHARGER AND BURNING OF THE BEARINGS.7. AFTER THE DIESEL ENGINE RUNS AT FULL LOAD AT HIGH SPEED, IT SHOULD NOT BE IMMEDIATELY STOPPED AND TURNED OFFBEFORE PARKING AND TURNING OFF THE ENGINE, IT SHOULD BE IDLING FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO GRADUALLY COOL DOWN THE VARIOUS COMPONENTS, IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE LACK OF OIL IN THE TURBOCHARGER BEARINGS, OVERHEATING OF THE ENGINE OIL, SEIZURE OF THE TURBOCHARGER BEARINGS AND TURBINE IMPELLER, AND FAILURE OF THE OIL SEAL. AT THE SAME TIME, ATTENTION SHOULD BE PAID TO USING THE INSTANTANEOUS MONITORING OF THE TURBOCHARGER IMPELLER AND HOUSING AFTER THE DIESEL ENGINE IS STOPPED TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY COLLISION SOUND. IF THERE IS A COLLISION SOUND, THE TURBOCHARGER SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY DISASSEMBLED TO CHECK WHETHER THE BEARING CLEARANCE IS NORMAL.8. REGULARLY INSPECT, CLEAN, ADJUST AND MAINTAIN THE TURBOCHARGERACCORDING TO THE USER MANUAL, THE COMPRESSOR IMPELLER SHOULD BE CLEANED EVERY 1000 HOURS OF OPERATION OF THE TURBOCHARGER (NOTE THAT CLEANING SOLUTIONS THAT CORRODE ALUMINUM AND STEEL WIRE BRUSHES SHOULD NOT BE USED DURING CLEANING). CHECK THE IMPELLER FOR DAMAGE AND SMALL CRACKS, THE GAP BETWEEN THE ROTOR SHAFT AND THE FLOATING BEARING, THE AXIAL DISPLACEMENT OF THE ROTOR, THE STATIC AND DYNAMIC BALANCE OF THE ROTOR, ETC. IF IT DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OR IS DAMAGED, IT SHOULD BE ADJUSTED, REPAIRED OR REPLACED.
