USING DIESEL ENGINES IN SPRING REQUIRES CHANGING SEASONS
DUE TO THE VARIETY AND SPECIFICATIONS OF DIESEL ENGINES, THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OIL USED MAY VARY. IF THERE ARE NO CLEAR REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OIL IN THE DIESEL ENGINE MANUAL OR NO DISTINCTION BETWEEN WINTER AND SUMMER, THE OIL SHOULD BE DRAINED WHILE THE ENGINE IS HOT OR THE WATER TEMPERATURE IS AROUND 80 DEGREES CELSIUS AFTER THE OPERATION IS COMPLETED. AFTER AT LEAST 24 HOURS OF SEDIMENTATION, IT SHOULD BE REUSED. THE PRECIPITATED OIL BASE SHOULD BE POURED OUT, AND NEW OIL SHOULD BE ADDED WHEN THE OIL LEVEL IS INSUFFICIENT. IF THERE IS A DISTINCTION BETWEEN WINTER AND SUMMER FOR ENGINE OIL IN THE DIESEL ENGINE MANUAL, THE ENGINE OIL SHOULD BE REPLACED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE METHOD IS TO MAKE THE WATER TEMPERATURE OF THE DIESEL ENGINE REACH 80 DEGREES AND DRAIN THE ENGINE OIL WHILE IT IS STILL HOT. AFTER WAITING FOR 30 MINUTES, TIGHTEN THE DRAIN PLUG AND ADD AN EQUAL AMOUNT OF DIESEL TO THE OIL PAN. RUN AT MEDIUM SPEED FOR 1-2 MINUTES TO DRAIN THE CLEANING DIESEL AND KEEP IT FOR CLEANING.CLEANING THE THREE FILTERS, THREE MESH AIR FILTER, DIESEL FILTER, AND OIL FILTER IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE THREE FILTERS. WHEN CLEANING, IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THE THREE FILTERS ARE PAPER FILTER ELEMENTS. EXCEPT FOR THE AIR FILTER ELEMENT, WHICH CAN BE USED AFTER CLEANING, IT IS BEST TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE; METAL FILTERS AND FILTER ELEMENTS CAN ONLY BE CLEANED WITH CLEAN OIL, BRUSHES, OR AIR CYLINDERS. USE GAS TO BLOW OUT DIRT AND DO NOT BURN THEM. THE "THREE NETS" REFER TO THE FILTER SCREENS OF THE DIESEL FILLING PORT, OIL FILLING PORT, AND EXHAUST OUTLET, WHICH SHOULD BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED.THE USE OF ZERO DIESEL FUEL CAN REDUCE COSTS AND INCREASE FARMERS' INCOME AS TEMPERATURES RISE RAPIDLY IN SPRING AND DIESEL ENGINES BECOME MORE ADAPTABLE TO FUEL.
